He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales. An astute and successful businessman serving as a board member in many companies. He currently chairs the Board of Universe Re-insurance Limited, Hogg Robinson Nigeria Limited, Nigerian Life and Pension Consultants Limited among others.
Prof. I. O. Oladapo - Director
An academician with specialisation in Structural Engineering from Cambridge University. Has contributed significantly to the development of the profession. He has been involved in the design and construction of many significant engineering projects. He is also a recipient of the National Merit Award in 1991.

Mr. Anthony Chugbo - Director
He has over 21 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry covering engineering, finance and general administration.
